When this site was first planned, it was intended as a fund-raiser for a different cause But another problem has come along, one that's affecting entire communities: Hunger! The need is so overwhelming that small relief agencies, the very backbone of these heroic efforts, are finding they just don't have enough to go around.
50% of all sales is used to purchase groceries AND non-food necessities such as soap and other personal items. You'll also find an option to donate without makng a purchase.
We're all broke these days. Donations are just not a priority, as much as we'd like to help. But if you can find a few bucks to purchase or donate, please consider doing so. Thank you.
There is NO advertising budget for this website. Please do your best Ty Pennington (my hero!) impression, grab a megaphone, and tell everyone who can't outrun the sound of your voice to stop by. It will be greatly appreciated by many grumbling and hurting tummies.
